Third-party cookies set during checkout

When you go through the Stripe-hosted checkout page, Stripe sets cookies it requires for fraud prevention and payment processing. These are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

How to manage cookies

  • Use the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer to change your consent at any time.
  • Most browsers allow you to block cookies in settings. Note: blocking astralself_uid will break paywalled access.
  • We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal — if your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a request to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing.”
