Refund Policy

Money-Back Guarantee on Your First Charge
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first charge for any plan (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime). If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial charge, email us at hello@astralself.comwith the subject “Refund” from the email address used at checkout.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. We may keep records required for tax and accounting compliance.
Renewals and Subsequent Charges
Renewal charges (after your first billing period) are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. To avoid the next renewal, cancel before the end of your current billing period (see “How to cancel” below).
Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime purchases are subject to the same 7-day guarantee on the initial purchase. After 7 days, lifetime fees are non-refundable.
How to Cancel a Subscription
- Go to astralself.com/account and click “Open billing portal.”
- Click “Cancel subscription.”
Or email hello@astralself.com from your subscription email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep premium access through the end of the current period.
EU/EEA/UK Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, EEA, or UK may withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days, unless they have requested immediate performance and accessed premium content. By starting a paid plan and accessing premium content, you expressly request immediate performance and waive the right of withdrawal once full performance has begun. If you cancel within 14 days without accessing premium content, you receive a full refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve most issues within 1 business day. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your access while the dispute is reviewed.
